Job Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their Incident Response efforts leveraging SOAR for Security Orchestration Automation and Response.
- As a part of the Global Support Team, you’ll be supporting multi-functional teams, analyzing problem statements, and delivering solutions to their issues
- SOAR technical implementation/operations/troubleshooting in a customer environment
- Interact with Security and IT technologies relating to the customer environment
- Translate and refine complex requirements and execute best practice solutions
- Develop and contribute content in the forms of Code, Documentation, Training, and more
- Other tasks and duties as needed to support the customer and/or business relating to SOAR
- The candidate is expected to comply with the company’s policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst.
- Relevant experience in SOAR platforms (Resilient, Palo Alto, Demisto, Exabeam, Tanium, Splunk or equivalent)
- Security Incident and Event Management (Qradar, Arcshight, Splunk, OSSIM or any other platform)
- Able to troubleshoot and be a problem solver with analytical proficiency in Linux.
- Experience coding in Python, PowerShell or JavaScript
- Experience in cybersecurity incident response
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols and applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BE/BTech in Computer Engineering / Electronics & Communications Engineering or their equivalent
- Security Certifications will be a plus.
