Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of AI-based solutions, including chatbots and large language models. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on developing recommendation systems and personalization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing the AI project lifecycle, and mentoring junior developers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-based solutions, including chatbots and large language models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate AI solutions into various products and services.
• Oversee the entire AI project lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms and models to enhance the performance and capabilities of AI systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into the organization’s AI strategy.
• Mentor and guide junior AI developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Communicate AI strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders and senior management.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong focus on developing chatbots and building large language models.
• Strong experience with recommendation systems and personalization. 
• Proven experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, huggingface, transformers, and Keras.
• Good grasp of prompt engineering techniques.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, or Java.
• In-depth knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and technologies.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS for deploying AI models.
• Flexibility to work and collaborate with global teams during EST and PST time zones.

Optional Requirements:

• Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with training open-source LLMs with LoRA etc
• Previous experience in a lead or managerial role.
• Publications or contributions to AI
