Job Description
As UX Designer you will be a part of the Experience Design team, contributing to insights and crafting pages for the companies websites. The following are an explanation of possible tasks and qualifications we are looking for in a User Experience designer:
Job Role & Responsibility
- Ability to understand and consider success metrics for projects when designing
- Proficiency in creating research to understand landscape, contribute to research tasks
- Ability to interpret page-level analytics and determine next steps based on them
- Language skills that enable absorption and leveraging of brand guidelines,
- content guidance, templates, strategic direction and other requirements
- Deep understanding of what working within the confines of a design system means
- Experience with creating artifacts that represent content hierarchy and wireframes that address clear customer needs, business context, and project KPIs
- Being comfortable with present your work, receiving feedback and collaborating with other team members (UX, Creative, Content, Project Managers, Authors etc)
- Team player and good communicator, as the role is remote and all communication would be via email and phone
Skills required
- 3-5 years’ experience working as a user experience designer
- Requires Figma experience
- Comfortable using MS Office products
- Requires previous experience with design systems
- Requires being comfortable with a certain level of ambiguity, someone
- comfortable with putting an idea out there when no exact requirements exist
- Requires independence, due to time difference it won’t be possible to connect real-time during all parts of the day, but we still want to move forward
