Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Developer with a strong technical background in Oracle CPQ and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Oracle Engagement Cloud. The ideal candidate is adept at implementing and customizing Oracle CPQ to align with business requirements, from rule configuration to complex integrations. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values adaptability and a proactive approach. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations within our Oracle CPQ environment, and may require occasional support during weekends.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Oracle CPQ Development: Design, implement, and maintain Oracle CPQ solutions, applying extensive experience in commerce and utility libraries.
- CRM Integration: Work with Salesforce, Oracle Engagement Cloud, and other CRM platforms to ensure seamless data flow and integration with Oracle CPQ.
- Configuration and Customization: Manage layout changes, custom CSS, JavaScript configurations, and apply complex rules for product constraints, recommendations, and hiding.
- Rule Management: Configure and optimize advanced pricing, discount, and promotion rules, and manage constraint and validation rules.
- BML Coding: Use BML (BigMachines Markup Language) for complex configuration and logic implementations.
- User and Formula Management: Oversee user management, manage complex formula creation, and provide multilingual support.
- Document Designer: Configure Oracle Document Designer and manage document customizations to support various requirements.
- Integration and API Management: Integrate Oracle CPQ with third-party applications and manage out-of-the-box (OOTB) integrations.
- Advanced Configuration: Manage AJAX Configuration Rules, commerce layout changes, and complex product hierarchies.
- Support and Maintenance: Be available for operational support activities, with flexibility for weekend support if required.
Skills required:
- Oracle CPQ Development Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Developer working with Oracle CPQ.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or Oracle Engagement Cloud.
- Rule Configuration Expertise: Deep knowledge of commerce rules, utilities libraries, validation/hiding rules, configuration and recommendation items, and recommendation rules.
- BML Coding: Advanced skills in BML for handling complex use cases within Oracle CPQ.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience with OOTB and third-party integrations.
- CSS and JavaScript: Proficiency in making layout changes and styling adjustments using CSS and JS.
- Document Designer: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Document Designer.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CSS, XML, XSL, and experience with AJAX configuration and commerce rules.
- Bulk Data Management: Skilled in bulk data upload processes.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Oracle CPQ Certification: A valid Oracle CPQ certification is highly preferable.
