We are looking for a skilled Eloqua Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Eloqua, with a strong understanding of digital marketing automation, and customer journey optimization. Basic knowledge on Sales Force or similar CRM is preferred. This role requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who can manage and execute multi-channel marketing automation campaigns, drive engagement, and improve lead conversion rates. The candidate should be comfortable working in a highly matrixed global organization and possess excellent account management and problem-solving skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using Eloqua.
- Develop and optimize lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Implement trigger-based campaigns based on behavioral and profile data changes.
- Utilize email, SMS, and social ads for multi-channel marketing automation.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
- Manage and track leads and contacts within Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Ensure proper integration and data flow between Eloqua and CRM systems.
- Conduct data hygiene and segmentation to improve targeting and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.
- Manage project workflows and timelines using Wrike, Workfront, or Jira.
- Communicate with stakeholders to align on marketing automation goals and execution.
- Use JavaScript, HTML, and diagramming software to enhance campaign assets.
- Leverage Excel for data analysis, reporting, and campaign tracking.
- Analyze customer interactions and optimize automation strategies to enhance engagement.
- Continuously test and improve email performance, segmentation, and personalization.
- Troubleshoot Eloqua-related issues and implement best practices for campaign success.
- Act as a tech-savvy marketer, proactively identifying opportunities for automation improvements.
- Stay updated on marketing automation trends and share insights with the team.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Eloqua in a marketing automation role.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM system.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and multi-channel automation.
- Experience with Wrike, Workfront, or Jira for project management (any one of the tools).
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, JavaScript, HTML, and diagram software.
- Strong project management skills in a highly matrixed, global organization.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for customer journey optimization, testing, and troubleshooting.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Eloqua and Salesforce certifications (preferred).
- Experience with other marketing automation tools besides Eloqua.
- Exposure to digital marketing strategies and technologies.
- Knowledge of API integrations between Eloqua and other platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Eloqua and Salesforce certifications (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
