We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our B2B team. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover actionable insights, and drive data-informed decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support strategic business initiatives. Proficiency in SQL/Big Query, Google Analytics, Looker Studio Dashboards, and Excel is essential for success in this position.

Role and Responsibilities

 Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Looker Studio dashboards to provide real-time data visualizations and actionable insights.
• Utilize SQL and Big Query to extract, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
• Present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and measure key performance indicators to track business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement robust data solutions.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL and Big Query for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
• Expertise in creating and managing dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights for non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with additional data visualization tools or BI platforms.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
